Putting up your twitter stream on a blog is completely worthless. Why? Because some tweets are more important and you want to keep them around, a lot of tweets you really don't want on your blog at all, and tweets are on different subjects so you want to organize them based on topics.
Ready to have your mind blown?
Look at the right sidebar of this blog.
See it? There are featured tweets on the top, tweets organized into sections, and I don't just have just my tweets but tweets from other people too.
How did I do it? I made a TweetBlog on SlapBit which allows you to organize tweets into sections (ie: sections only have tweets from specific people, certain words, and/or limited to a location) and allows you to feature tweets and organize them so that the most important tweets stay on top. Then I put the TweetBlog in the sidebar of my blog.
Sounds like a much better way of putting tweets on your blog, don't you think?
Check out www.slapbit.com and TweetBlogs. Let me know what you think!
Thanks!

cool!
can you do something like this with open browser windows too? i hate it when your minimized windows all pop out of the doc when you go to use your browser. i just want those little live windows to sit there short term until i get around to reading them. i don't necessarily want a bookmark...just a little visual strip of thumbnails waiting there til i'm ready to check them out...ability to categorize those would be pretty cool too.
